JCM Kickoff meeting for the November issue

What did we talk about

This was a chat meeting to collect ideas and find out what everyone's going to write for the November issue. We had a couple of leftovers that didn't make it in time for October, and a couple of new ideas. We ended up with a list of around 11 articles about various topics. Last month we had 10 in the kickoff meeting and ended up with 17. No pressure.

The meeting lasted a little over an hour.

Discuss GSoC feedback, Joomla 8 sprint.

Item discussed:
- Herman to help with GSoC 2026 - Herman trying to contact Shivam
- Should we include the Health Checker as a Working Group? We need production approval for the project. It would not change how things are done right now but we may get better participation and ease the project in to the core.
- J8 Sprint projects - search of volunteers for project initiatives (non-official document at this date). The individual initiatives should meet monthly and provide updates to EDT like it is done at Production. Process to put in place for the projects the EDT team will be
